Meet The Team

Who Are We and Why Choose Us?

We are you! In 1993 we started out with a dream of owning investment properties to help secure not only our financial future, but the financial future of our children. We know how hard it is to take the first step and how scary it is to think about maintaining and managing those investments once you get them. Through our experiences of renovating over 250 properties, keeping many as investment properties and managing them, we have done it all and we have learned some great lessons and some hard lessons. Those lessons make us confident that the state-of-the-art software, processes and attention to detail we are committed to will deliver each client a superior experience. We take pride in the quality of our investments and are proud that properties we purchased seven years ago are in the same great shape today.

We have a very thorough resident screening processing. Sadly, despite our always putting forth our best efforts, some times undesirable residents squeeze through the process. When that has happened in few instances, we have represented ourselves in court and while that is never pleasant, we take financial recovery of rent and damages seriously. This is not just another day at the office; we understand what it takes to be successful in evictions and recovery of monies due to you. In short, there is nothing you will face as either a new investor or a seasoned investor that we have not personally encountered. We have worked very hard to accumulate an investment portfolio. We know owners have worked just as hard to purchase their own investments and like us, may lay awake at night wondering if the risk of owning investment property is worth it (it is!). We will manage your investments exactly like we manage our own and will always care as much about your success as we care about our own.

Bailey Anthony | Operations Agent

I am a 5th generation “Cheyennite” and proud UW graduate with a degree in Business Administration. Many tell me I am annoyingly organized and attentive to details and while that may sometimes be true, both have served me in being able to over deliver. I have a background in customer service and am a firm believer that superior customer service is something missing in today’s world and something I am passionate about restoring to owners, residents and investors. As a licensed agent and investor myself, I understand the requirements of managing and maintaining property and am committed to doing everything possible to make owning property a great experience. My husband, Brentton, is a member of the Wyoming Air National Guard. We enjoy rooting for the Cowboys and spending time with our large extended family.

Shon Dermody | Owner/Admin

I grew up in Estes Park, Colorado and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Civil Engineering. I served in the Army as a helicopter and small plane pilot and retired from the military after nearly 30 years. I am an avid basketball fan and was blessed to spend over 20 years coaching youth basketball from beginner to advanced. My love of basketball was inherited by my sons and Ryan who played at UW and Michael at LCCC. I am the proud father of 4 (Ryan, Kristen married to Jeromy (both teachers in Cheyenne) and Michael), grandparent to 3 adorable girls.

Corey Lynn Loghry | Owner/Admin

I am a 4th generation Cheyennite. I ended a 23 career at the Wyoming Military Department transitioning to an entirely new career in house renovation. One of the first houses renovated was my grandparent’s house located on Warren Avenue. Renovating this very special home from uninhabitable (no working bathrooms!) to beautiful, solidified that this process is only a little about houses and a lot about loving people. Beyond my vision and process development skills, I consider my greatest strengths as my compassion and concern for people. The first question people ask is who is Lynn? (Shon was working in Afghanistan and Iraq and I was a little scared about using my first name (Corey) so publicly so decided to use my middle name and make Lynn into a cartoon; see how I talk about Lynn like she is a whole different person!). Who knew that would end up being so confusing!! No worries, I answer to Corey and Lynn!
